Think of bench as squatting with your arms. Seems to work wonders for me

I also heard you might have a wide-ish bench grip so if that is the case then you sumo deadlift your bench press

I pretty much plan on running unopposed. I don't think anybody else wants the job, and I'm going to be the only OG member here next year, I believe. We're losing a pretty big core of our active (read: competing) members after this year.

Our apartment has been without wifi for like a month. I guess I could maybe log/video on my phone?

My adipowers came friday though and I squatted an e-z 450. Probs going to daily max and CAT this week because I like it a lot more than RTS templates and then hop on the smolov express for the usapl meet.

I've also just been running straight linear progression on my bench because it detrained so much....

Squat numbers have been phenomenal, and it's good to see you're running linear progression with your bench.

Usually the 4*9 days kill me and the 10*3 is a cakewalk. We'll see if that's still the case.
