Last time I saw a PT he told me I was going to tear my pec and that humans can only bench a certain amount

What's the nature of your back pain? Is it low back? I've almost forgot what it feels like to not have my low back feel iffy first thing in the morning lol.

It's gone from a crippling sciatic pain to now an achiness in the morning. It really hasn't been painful in a while aside from random stuff. It's something I need to keep a close eye on and be conscious of because I have zero self control

I understand. Once my back starts to feel remotely better I try to do things like there was never anything wrong with it.
