He posted video of the 402 already. We didn't take video of 407 (actually 408 with the clampies).

I was just thinking about this and maybe it would help you. Have you tried flossing the sciatic nerve? This actually helped a lot for me. You basically just sit in a chair stick your leg out and dorsi/plantar flex your ankle at the same time that you tilt your head. Hurts to perform it but seems to make the sciatica better later on.

That guy is an idiot. Look at how hard he's trying! Why isn't he running an intro block with 63% max sets?

Just tried this in addition to flossing the spine and i am sure which one did the trick (i am learning towards the latter) but my back does feel pretty good now. Not great but better

Yeah but I only feel it from my knee down. Is this right? The origin of the pain is my lumbar

Sounds like you're doing it right if you followed the video and you're feeling nerve pain in your leg. I'm confused by the last sentence. The injury is to your back but the impinged nerve coming out of the spine is what's causing the pain down your leg & ass. Were you expecting to feel pain in your back? Do you still have pain in your back this many months later? For me the back pain went away after a month or so and it was just dealing with the nerve issues.

The lumbar pain is the worst part right now. The progression has been a flare up in my low back following by pain down the leg. It's strongest in my low back and is generally less painful to the calf. When I do the flossing I mainly feel it in my calf area
Regardless, I am going to try these out consistently since I can do these just about anywhere/anytime

I've been doing a lot of the flossing and I think I got it now. Seems to be helping a lot
