12/30-
Bench- 250x2, 185x15 Deadlift- 5x1@405 Circuit of dips and alternating pullups and rows, did this for about 12 minutes Weighted vest walking for 15 minutes
Notes: The name of the game today was get in, do some work, and get the fuck out. Bench was done with essentially zero rest periods other than changing weights and putting on wraps and such. The same was done for pulling, in which I did nothing but singles because fuck hex plates.

1/2-
Fat bar press- 3x5@135, 3x3@155, 1x2@165, 1x2@175, 1x10@135 Pullups x5 and band pull aparts x10 superset in between all press sets GHR- 3x10 DB cheat curl and press- bunch of triples up to 60's, superset with GHR x5 Fat bar curlz- 5x10
Notes: My fat gripz came in today, so I can start working on getting gorilla arms on par with whatever hatches out of the egg that Kyle and Janis would lay (not telling who I think would be the one actually laying the egg). I plan on using these for anything with any sort of volume, as well as a lot of my warm up sets for heavy work.
protip: kyle would totally lay the egg

Janis says she's going to "take my ass" in April by becoming the best deadlifter on the team. I'm scared, guys. I might be the one laying the egg.

Protip: that's not what she meant by "taking your ass".
And I demand the club Presidency if I post a PR total after not lifting for five months.

I would just feel bad that push ups and jogging worked better than your current programming...

Well I will get about two months of training to get back into things once I get back in late May. Even with some strength loss, it's not unreasonable to think that I could at least post a total coefficient given that I will likely be around 180 pounds.

Open secret: I'm looking to transfer power next year so that we've got a president with some experience when I leave.

My two friends just had their first child about a week ago. I went over and visited on Tuesday and me and the dad were like "I wonder what this feels like".
I tell ya, it feels fucking weird.

I got 555 about two inches off the floor and I realized that if I kept pulling, it would probably b the last thing I ever did. Glute is still iffy.

It is better. But just not better enough, and I've been really lazy lately and not lifting much. Also, it doesn't hurt that much while squatting anymore, and as long as I can squat 315 or so comfortably, then I'm gold, as I usually put knee wraps on for anything much heavier than that and having the help out of the hole keeps it feeling much better. I don't get that luxury while pulling.
