| You could do some pulling work with your dogs if you can rig some sort of harness for them. I imagine this would be easier to engineer than a squatting rig. That said, their weight is probably more of a speed pull than a higher intensity lift. | |

Actually, they could have different uses. Raisin is our smallest adult and she weighs about 155lbs so she could be a speed pull... but Moses, our big male, weighs about 235lbs right now so he would definitely be a high intensity lift (for me). | |

| So...
1. I suck at logging, but I've been training. I will get better with my logging.
2. I've kind of adopted the Field House as my new workout home this semester.
3. I am part of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program on Sundays so my meeting attendance will continue be hit and miss this semester too.
4. Win for today = I did 2 squat 160lb singles today, haven't done that before. | |

| Yes! I'm going to start coming back to the Friday 4-6 team trainings. The Field House is easier for me to deal with between classes during the rest of the week though. Not like I'm doing a very good job with my logging anyways... | |
