Thought about it before I decided to do Grand Nattys. I've been waking up at 160 though so it could shape up to be a really good coefficient.

Notes: Really sluggish today so I did some extensive warm ups with jump squats and squat to press and dialed the weight way back. 30 sec rest again between reps and full recovery between sets. BW was 161.
