^^^^ was successful in restraining myself. I am near peak levels of strength on bench and ~10 lbs lighter. I can take two paths with this 1. Bulk that 10 lbs back and easily break through all time PRs or 2. Maintain/moderately cut, do a peaking program, and hit a Wilks pr and likely a modest all time pr... I am leaning towards the 2nd option | |
