This is the summary data for my 2014 working set presses. Overall, I was pretty successful and was finally able to break through a multi-year stall. Some of this was the fact I was bench-only for an extended period of time, some of this was healthy competition from Dalton, and some being able to handle volume finally.
These are some good benchmarks for 2015. I plan on keeping a strong focus on Benching and MP, but will probably axe the majority of the feet up work. I was using it to transition to a max legal grip and I don't think it deserves as much emphasis moving forward.
