Thought for sure 440 would go after how well 415 felt. During the 440 I had an excruciating back cramp kick in and it took a few minutes after the lift for me to be mobile again. I'm fine, but I need to remember not to go for too much arch on max attempts. I'm using a really nice bench press with a lot of grip and i'm capable of overdoing it.
I'm about 5 weeks out from a meet so I will be putting bench back into mantain/slightly detrain mode and focus on sq/dl. I'll be substituting much of the bench volume with shoulder press since it's such a low stress movement for me.
