So I'm going to be volunteering for airborne school. If I get a slot, then I'll wait here until a spoy opens up, which could be a week or a few months. The school itself is three weeks long. I may have to wait until I get to my unit to go, though, which means I would come home directly after AIT.
Might want to get a head start on learning this little number:

Oh yeah, I had another PT test a while back.
Pushups- 72 Situps- 58 Two mile- 14:15
250 raw score. Not bad. I plan on taking it again in another week or two. About ten more situps and about 30 seconds off of the run and I can get the PT patch for scoring above 90 in each event. If we run on the asphalt track I know I can beat the run time. Situps will be difficult.
Also, my mother is mailing me my wrist wraps and straps. No chalk is a bitch, and I remember how much is sucks not having wrist wraps. Doing beltless/no knee wrap training for a while will help, though. If I can hit a 405 squat by the time I get out of here, I think 500 will be easy in July.

I feel weird seconding that but...this is kind of entertaining, so I'm doing it. Also, f*ck yeah beltless training, now we're talking Jamie Lewis Town.

I may actually lift today. I think I'll go ahead and work up to a heavy squat. Also, my wraps and straps are in the mail.

I haven't really changed at all. I'm a small bit leaner, but other than being able to run faster/longer, and better at sit ups, I'm physically the exact same. I'm also guessing that my strength hasn't even dropped that much, either. My body has looked the exact same since my junior year of high school, regardless of weight or strength/conditioning level. I've been as heavy as 215 and as light as 180 since then, and nothing has really ever changed.
I honestly think the only change is in my face fat.
On that note: http://www.iowagames.org/Sports/SummerGames/Strongman.aspx
A powerlifting meet and a strongman competition in back-to-back weekends? I'm going to have a busy July. Hopefully I don't have to report to my unit and have drill either of those weekends.

5/9-
Squat- 6x3@225 Rows- 4x10 45* back raises- 3x20 Face pulls- 1x50 Press- 3x8@115 Curls- a lot
Notes: Starting to get dat dere proprioception back and squats are feeling "right" again. Also got to squat with a real squat bar with center knurling and everything today- it was much better. I plan on squatting in some way every time I set foot in the gym unless I contract black death of the quadz. Also to be featured will be lat and upper back work to balance out the millions of fucking pushups we do. I don't really plan on benching at all- almost all of my pressing work will be overhead.

Absolutely. I should get about a month of training after I get home before the meet. Once I get back to higher frequency and using wraps and such, my neural capacity and motor patterns should fly right up. I truly believe I can total 1300 again right away.

Awesome man when are you going to be back in Iowa? Yeah I wouldn't doubt that. Your numbers will be back around where you were pretty quick. Are you moving to Iowa City right when you get back or waiting a bit?

Another question, are you staying at 198 or ectomorphing down to 181?
