Started the new training cycle today. I'm running the strong 15 short cycle, which is 5 weeks since I am not doing the reload or test week. I was supposed to start it yesterday but I was up all saturday night puking my guts out (literally at least once an hour the whole night, did not get any sleep until 9 Sunday morning). It was miserable. I honestly think I dropped about 10 pounds, needless to say I didn't feel like I was at 100 percent today but I was just glad to get in and get the work in.
Just so you get the idea, the strong 15 program has you work up to 3 singles as an over warmup and then hit some type of back off sets, on the squat day the back off sets being pause squats. I will just post my heaviest single and my back off sets.
squats 345x1
BO sets (pause squats) 250x3x2
leg press 3ppsx25, 16, 9
GHR (bw) 3x12
abs 3x12
Notes: For being the sickest I have in years less than 36 hours ago today felt pretty good.

Let me know if you're ever interested in 365. I'm also looking for the spreadsheets, which I can't find yet.

1/16
deadlift 440x1 360x3x3
iso row machine 2 pps x 20, 14, 9
bb hip thrusts 275x5x3
Notes: Day 4 of no carbs in the prep phase for CBL. I weighed myself tonight for the first time since starting this phase and I'm down 6 pounds from a day or two before I started. Granted some of the weight I lose in these 10 days will come back when I start being able to back load, but I'm hoping the fat burning aspect will keep the pounds coming off and make my cut to 198 minimal if I even have to cut.

You win some you lose some right? In all honesty I don't plan on doing all my squatting in them and may even end up running some cycles without them at all.

You won't be able to squat often in them. They'll probably tear up your knees if you try it. Most will get in 2-4 true work sets in with wraps per week, and supplement that with some other type of unwrapped squatting.
