Bench Press

330 fail
Wasn't planning on attempting a new PR but 225 felt way to easy

Incline Press
2 plates per side x 10
3 plates per side x 10
3 plates + 25 per side x 8
4 plates x 6 drop to 3 plates x 3 drop to 2 plates to failure

DB Bench
80x10
90x10
100x6

Pec Dec
150x12
170x10
195x7 drop to 155 x 4

Kettelbell Front Raises
26x15 per arm
35x12 per arm

Various Ab stuff
