Yes he did, but no records last forever. If I had to do an all-manlet top ten for powerlifting: 1. Ed Coan 2. Tony Conyers 3. Mike Bridges 4. Lamar Gant 5. Sergey Fedosienko 6. Andrej Stanaszek 7. Rick Gaugler 8. Shawn Frankl 9. Hideaki Inaba 10. Oleksandr Kutcher

Edit: I am appalled belyaev didn't make first team all-manlet on your list It's a tough list to crack; everyone holds a world record or was a million-time IPF champ. I also didn't have guys like Jaroslaw Olech and Dan Austin on there. Austin was the second 148 to total 1700 in single-ply and pulled 694 (raw) at that weight. Olech has totaled 1900+ in single-ply--in the IPF--at 165. I would put Olech on the list before Belyaev, personally.

Yes, but the fgt did it while doing deadlift-only. Coan did his in a full meet. Coan pulled it sumo, though, so dgaf.

deadlift 135x10 (stiff leg) 225x3x2 260x5 300x4 350x3 375x2 385x1 400x1 425x1 315x3x3
leg curls 3x10
superset hypers 3x12 med ball slams 3x10
Notes: Deadlifting went okay. 425 was a little slower than I would have liked but after hitting a PR last week that was expected. Still playing with the wider feet, I need to remember to point my toes out and start with my hips a tad lower.

Bench press Bx10 95*5 145*5 170*4 195*3 210*2 215*1 225*1 240*1 175*15
Floor press 185*5*2
Pullups 20 total reps
Notes: 240 was out of the groove. I did really long pauses for the double and singles. I suck at floor pressing, may add some of it back in.

Pause squats (beltless) Bx8 135x5 185x3 225x3x3
One arm db row 60x15x3 each
Notes: Bench felt great. All reps went up very fast. 190x15 could have been pushed further but I just ran out of gas. Felt like I did a good job of staying tight n the over rep set. Pause squats felt decent. Legs a little sore from squatting two days ago but they loosened up as I went.

Agile 8
Deadlift 135x8 (stiff leg) 225x3x2 260x5 300x4 350x3 385x2 400x1 425x1 440x1 360x3x3
Front squat 135x5x3
Bench press Bx10 95x5 135x5 185x3 155x3x3
Notes: Deadlift went well. Everything felt strong and crisp. Kept fronts light. I will probably just add a little weight each week and keep hitting 5s. I wasn't sure if I wanted to bench again this week or hit some light incline db press because I'm OH pressing Friday. I decided to just do some light bench focusing on short rest periods and exploding the whole way through each rep.

| Yesterday I did a little assistance work at home. I have a few dumbbells now, and being inspired by Chris I did a Complex (light DBs instead of barbell) about 90 sec rest between complexes, did not put DBs down between movements. This was more just to get my blood flowing. Did three rounds. Movements were:
RDL x 10 Row x 10 Curl and press x 10 OH tri ext x 10 Shrugs x 30
Then did some isolation work:
Curl thingy 3x15
Strict db cleans 3x8
Lying tri ext 2x15
Today's work 7/19
Squat Bx10 135x5 185x3 225x3 255x1 280x6x3 315x1 335x1
Press Bx10 75x5 95x3 105x1 120x3 135x3 150x5 PR
Lat pull downs 3x10
Notes: Squat felt great. I can definitely tell I'm getting stronger since getting back to back squatting as these sets felt much easier then the 280 sets in the wave I just finished. This also makes me happy as this was the point in running the same wave twice in a row. I want to be able to feel stronger with the same weight.

bench press bx15 95x5 145x5 170x4 195x3 215x2 240x1 245x1 255x1 205x12 PR
pullups 3x10
cable pushdowns 3x15
Notes: 205x12 was technically a PR, but I had a few more in me. Bench is feeling very, very good. All my singles went up pretty fast. Will pull tomorrow and squat and press tuesday, as I won't be able to train again until next Monday. I am going to skip squatting today and tomorrow as I am still a pretty sore from Friday's squatting and I want to have a decent session Tuesday before I can't train for a few days.

front squats 155x5x3
Notes: Deadlift felt okay. Hamstring is still pretty dang sore, I did what I could to loosen it up but it didnt do a whole lot. Decided to do some light front squats to see how it felt. I am back squatting tomorrow.

Press bx10 65x5 85x5 105x3 125x5 140x3 160x1 175x1 PR 185x0
machine row x10 x12 x15
hypers 3x10
Notes: Squat felt good although hamstrings were still a little tight. None of the 295 sets were too challenging, rest between sets was 3-4 minutes. 175 is a PR for press, decided to see what I could hit as this will probably be the last time I OHP until after the state fair competition. It went up smooth but slow, and I lost my balance at the end. Went for 185 on a long shot and gave up as soon as I hit my sticking point as I could tell there as no way it was going up. No more training until Monday for me.

pause squat (beltless) bx10 135x5 185x3 205x3x3
pullups 27 total reps done between squat sets
Notes: I can definitely tell I haven't trained in a week. Bench didn't feel weak, but I was out of the groove on all of the singles and most of the 220 set. Was touching a little high. Either way All reps went up with pretty good speed. On the 220 set I cut it at 9 as I was just running out of gas. I was trying to be as explosive as possible on the pause squats.

A.M.
front squat bx10 95x5 135x3 155x1 175x3x3
incline DB press 80sx10, 8, 6
P.M.
deadlift 135x10 (stiff leg) 225x3x2 260x5 300x4 350x3 385x2 425x1 450x1 465x1 410x3x2
bw leg curls 1x100
Notes: Got up a little early today so I decided to split my training up today. Front skwats felt good and all of them were pretty smooth. Deadlifting went well, 465 went up quick. I need to remember to start with my hips a little lower so I can engage my hips more in the lift and have that strong lockout I like. On the triples at 410 I was really trying to yank the weight off the floor as fast as possible.

Lat pull downs 3x10 w/ foam rolling and tennis ball work on the low back between sets.
Notes: Squat felt funky during war ups, but that wore off. Work sets went well. Bench felt okay, just a little tired after squatting.
