Haha I figure most of these guys that put out books give out enough free info as it is.

On another note... Blew through beyond 5/3/1 in less than 24 hours. So many good templates in there. I had some down time tonight so I sat down and wrote out my programming running from after the state fair meet up to the UPA meet in November. As far as the problem I had with volume, I'm going to be doing the first set last with multiple sets that Wendler wrote about to get more volume in on the squat and deadlift. What I have planned for this 12 week cycle is pretty much the "strength challenge" Wendler wrote in the book with a few tweaks to it. As mentioned I will be adding in the first set last method. I will also be using front squat as my assistance on deadlift day, doing 3 sets of five. I'm not sure about the percentages but I'm thinking 60, 70, and 80. I will also be adding in power cleans on the squat day, if nothing else for the fact that I feel it will help strengthen my upper back. I'm hoping the explosive factor will carryover to my other lifts as well. This will probably be run in a fashion similar to 5/3/1, possibly with the percentages lowered a bit. As pumped as I am for this meet, I'm almost as excited to start this next training cycle. Stay focused Seth.

Front squats are good, and don't be afraid to mix in close stance high bar squats as well. Just more quadz work.

I figured its a good start to hitting a weak spot. I'm really excited about this training cycle. This summer has been kind of hectic with some travel and injuries, it will be nice to be able to be consistent again. I wasn't completely satisfied with my performance in April so I'm hoping I can redeem myself in November.

Hmmm...this might be an option. My only inhibition here is that I'll be going home/to drill the weekend after that, and that's a pretty good amount of gas already. If finances allow, I'll come watch.
