This was the guy I was talking to you about, Big E Langston. He did 2039 (711-524-799) in the USAPL a few years ago when he was finishing up school at Iowa.

Here is some data on my pressing training over the past 5.5 months. I am probably going to move forward with this shotgun approach to benching until I can squat/deadlift again. The only real change I plan on making is reducing the exercise selection by removing narrow flat benching and narrow feet up benching for dips
Note: these are only the working sets

What do you think needs to be done for you to be able to squat/deadlift again? Would it be a good time to go get your issue diagnosed?

I think what I need to do is be more patient. I am now in my third iteration of injury and reinjury for this specific issue and the pain/inflammation is essentially nonexistent at this point. I think that I need to be very general in my rehab as my strength outpaces my pain spot at an high rate
As far as seeing a professional, I should have a long time ago, but I am too stubborn

Might be a good idea to hook up with a good physical therapist this time around. Just because you haven't done it yet doesn't mean you can't do it now, and having expertise informing your rehabilitation could only help you avoid re-injury.

I physically can't do a sit up unless my feet are braced and have failed a shit ton of exercise screens because of it. Guess my abs aren't functional.

I guess you must need to acquire even more lower-body mass to weigh you down...?
