This might not be worse than when I squatted that day at the rec I met you guys. Some guy came behind me on the platform and asked if he could use it. I told him he was more than welcome, I was squatting but wanted to stiff leg deadlift after, but that wasn't going to be for a bit. I told him I was going to deadlift after so if he could remove all the plates he used that would be sweet...He proceeded to leave 315 on the bar and bolt it while I wasn't paying attention...

I think that would at least in part depend upon the future gym. If it's a gym in which people actually respect their equipment, then I wouldn't need to do so.

Felt something click in my mid mid back during the third rep. Abs are involuntarily flexing unless I'm laying down. FML I hate powerlifting

I think stopping at the third was very important though. The pain didn't set in until maybe a minute after the set
