Notes: My thoracic starting flaring up on squats so I shut it down. My strength off the floor on deadlift has really suffered, but I'm much stronger at lockout. I've been giving a lot of attention to my back development at the expense of direct leg work. I think as I level this out I should be in good shape | |

I've let my morning weight drift down ~5 lbs. It might be more, but switching to intermittent fasting has kind of ruined the consistency You're right, I probably won't compete till the fall. I was planning on either a test/skills eval but my back is too phucked - KKeough wrote:
