I am going to go ahead and start the reaching tomorrow. I'll try and keep the RPE in the 8.5-9.5 and for deadlift variations I'll probably use SLDL, RDL, Sumo (LOL), and Deficits. I may or may not go for a deadlift pr tomorrow

Good. More motivation for Gregory to try and set a PR on something this week. Maybe his first non kipping pull up?

1. Go for deadlift PR. 2. If a failure, stare at gifs. 3. Repeat until success.

Comp Squat Warmups 495x10
Tng Bench Warmups 325x6
Comp Deadlift Warmups 635x0
RH 3x15
Notes: I know that deadlift might count for some as an adequate "gym lift" but I know it wouldn't pass in comp so I am not counting it. Good news is that I think I can probably double 635 if I use a bar with legit knurling

I've found that watching Goku go Super Saiyan for the first time is a great way to prep for heavy lifting.

Yeah, your deficits do not look anywhere near as pretty as your conventional. Better deload to the bar and work on linear gains from there.

Also, deficit isn't Rawr until it's at least 4". Anything less is cheating.

Joey looks like he's trying to karate-chop your elbows while standing three feet away. And someone should tell him that a single side spotter usually does more harm than good.
