Leg Press, Leg Curls

Notes: 405x5 was unwrapped and was pretty difficult. I decided to throw on the knee wraps and got the 415x5. I didn't wrap my knees as tight as last time and it felt 10x better and fairly easy. I feel like a cheater...

I'm currently doing more of a volume phase with 1 day focusing on regular squat/deads and one day with pause squat/deads...I like them
