| well I started a smolov cycle after a week off on honeymoon. then I didn't post anything till now. I just started my 3rd week. doing squat and jr cycle for bench
Squat 4x9 warmup 9x 9x 8x 8x 280 (missed last rep on final two sets)
Bench 6x6 warmup 6x 6x 5x 6x 5x 5x 185 (missed some reps but felt pretty good.) | |

| I took one more minute of rest between my 3rd and 4th set on bench that is why I got 6 but then I got tired again on my last two sets | |

| ya the first week went great....and these past two weeks I feel stronger just its a lot more volume than ive ever done before.... before this I had been doing stronglifts 1x5 since probably march. | |

| ive hit every lift on this intense cycle and feel quick while im doing it a few days ago I worked up to 3x @340 and it felt easy; in a few days ill be doing 340 3x3 I believe | |
