Bar goes on your delts, not clavicles, OP. Try elevating and then protracting your shoulders to make your shelf for the bar.

well I started a smolov cycle after a week off on honeymoon. then I didn't post anything till now. I just started my 3rd week.
doing squat and jr cycle for bench

I took one more minute of rest between my 3rd and 4th set on bench that is why I got 6 but then I got tired again on my last two sets

How are you feeling on Smolov? It looks like you're missing a lot of reps, which isn't ideal.

ya the first week went great....and these past two weeks I feel stronger just its a lot more volume than ive ever done before.... before this I had been doing stronglifts 1x5 since probably march.

ive hit every lift on this intense cycle and feel quick while im doing it a few days ago I worked up to 3x @340 and it felt easy; in a few days ill be doing 340 3x3 I believe
