Notes: I was really concerned with my pec today. Did 7-8 sets of 10 with a full rom warmup and it held up. I think getting a handoff takes a lot of stress off my pec

Squatting again, when you can do it, will help your deadlift. I know it's frustrating, but you'll get back there.
