Notes: The 505 wasn't bad at all, rpe was probably like an 8. I can probably break some of my beltless prs without even lowering the bar

Gym etiquette fail of the day: Between my fourth and fifth set of squats somebody took the right collar off. When I went to set my right foot the weight shifted over a good 3-4 inches and I the weight almost completely flew off one side. There is literally no excuse for this happening, this gym has 9 power racks, 3 barbells per per rack and 2 collars per barbell. THERE ARE 54 COLLARS IN THIS GYM not including the ones for EZ bar... Couple that with the fact that there were like 10-15 people total in the gym and my mind is shattered. I guess I'm just happy the weight didn't slip off, teeter totter and hit someone
Workout Notes: Now that the weight is starting to get more challenging on squats I can feel myself folding over a bit. I threw on the belt because I felt my back get some stress in the previously injured area, not totally sure where I am going from here since I think the high bar stuff might be improving my deads

What are your high bar secrets? LB still leaves me achey the next morning and FSing every day is slowly turning my clavicles into dust. HB usually just turns into a LB with the bar on my neck because of the forward lean and I don't have any of dat dere kinesthetic awareness.
