| Nate Davis broke Pozdeev's record with a 820-lb. SPF squat today (in all fairness to him, this one actually looked like it could have broken parallel).
I think he totaled 1955 at that meet, which is +155 over what he did in October.
A new challenger approaches...

Notes: I have taken my talents to Northgate Health Club for the next 6ish months so stay safe Iowa City. After some thought I am going to be upping my training frequency to 6-7x a week. The next six months are probably going to be the last time I can justify focusing this much on lifting so I am going all in

| Why is that, bro? You don't have kids, classes, or other commitments besides a 9-5 job. | |

| Yes that's why I am going to put in a lot of time into lifting...
If you are referring to when I graduate, I intend to be working much more than 9-5

| Good thing you made sure to specify the use of straps. I am, however, disappointed that you did not make clear when these straps were added, so I regret to inform you that I must assume that you used them starting at 135.
For future reference, this is how it's done:
Deadlift +Added clothes. +Added shoes. +Added straps. 135 +Added focus. 225 +Added chalk. +Added belt. 315 +Added music. 405 +Rolled up shorts. 495 -Removed shoes. +Added baby powder. 585 +Increased volume on music. +Added intensity. +Added bad childhood memories. +Added inner George Leeman. 605x2

There is "Absolutely no Chalk" and I'm not gonna risk it because this is probably the legitimate gym within an hour (in b4 how can a gym be legitimate without chalk)
