Notes: I'd like to start training my pull-ups again if my pec can handle it

I've lost it overhead, but I've never dumped it like that--he didn't even make an attempt to stay with the bar. Despite his numbers, he's still very inexperienced.
I'm actually vaguely impressed at his dexterity in escaping the dump.
If you're going to dump overhead, you'd better be committed to it--if you don't move fast, that bar's going to end up hitting you in the back of the head and knocking you unconscious.
As far as the bench goes: my plan is to work up to two wide-grip days (one heavy-ish, one volume-ish) and a normal-grip day (probably running a simple 5x5 progression with it). So, it'll be like last cycle, except that I'll do normal grip instead of floor press.
There are a few reasons I'm trying it out. First, I got a couple of suggestions from people after the UPA meet to try bringing my grip in. I don't necessarily think it will make me stronger to do so, but others do, so I'm going to give it a shot while still working on the wide grip.
The other one is that my pecs were pretty tender by the end of the last training session, and I worry that I'm going to tear something if I train wide-grip too hard for too long. I'm feeling better now, but I want to be cautious with it.
Notes: Front squats have been getting pretty stale/boring to me so I experimented with 2.5 min intervals - seemed to help keep me focused. I also finally got around to finishing the workout tracker V2. I'll make a new vid and upload that soon
I also might've broken my pinkey toe before this workout... Didn't feel it during the lift tho

Tng Bench Warmups 325 2x5 @8.5, 9.5
Decline Bench Warmups 290 2x10 @9,9
Narrow Incline Warmups 175 2x12 @9.5,10
Seated MP Warmups 125 2x14 @9,9.5
Notes: Cool story of the day - first set of bench the guy lifted the hand off so hard my upper back left the bench. Second set the guy was so on top of me my left elbow was rubbing up and down his groin. I avoided it at the cost of my bar path

Kyle says "sounds like the start of a good erotic novel." Dear lord. This is why I'm afraid to have people I don't know hand off for me.
